My holistic healing tools include BodyTalk, the Veltheim Method of Lymphatic Drainage, and BIE. All 3 modalities are gentle yet powerful and support the body in self healing. Depending on which modality you begin with my fees range from $95 to $144 plus hst for your initial visit. Follow up visits range from $82 to $122 plus hst, again depending on which modality we use. I have student rates for BodyTalk and compassionate pricing available upon inquiry.

For payment I take etransfer, credit card, cash, or cheques at the time of your appointment. You have the option to pay ahead when booking online but it is not required. Note: when booking your appointment online you will be prompted to enter your credit card information. This is securely stored with my payment processor, Stripe, and you will not be charged unless you choose to do so.

I am located at 30 Dupont St. E. in Uptown Waterloo. There is free parking on the street or behind our building. Enter from either the front or back door and head down to the lower level. There is an elevator located at the back entrance to our building. Find me in Suite L1 on the lower level and have a seat in my waiting area until I come out to greet you.

My modalities offer deep and lasting transformations to your body and mind. Sometimes these shifts are felt subtly and over time and sometimes they are felt within days and quite suddenly. There are many factors involved in how soon you will notice results. None of my modalities are a “quick fix” therefore expectations of a miracle in 1 session are often unrealistic. Most clients notice an improvement after 3-4 sessions and I will be able to guide you as to best next steps depending on your progress. Healing at the root level can take time so if you have some patience, trust, and self compassion through this process then we will work really well together!

Yes and I love it! With BodyTalk I can work on babies from newborn on and with BIE I prefer to wait till babies are at least 6 weeks old. All my modalities are safe, non-invasive, and pain free so kids and adults of all ages can rest assured they will not encounter any needles or sterile doctor office vibes.

BodyTalk is offered in-person or over Zoom. Choose your preference at the time of booking from the drop down menu of services. BIE and the Veltheim Method of Lymphatic Drainage are offered in-person only.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your booked appointment or you will be changed the full amount of your missed appointment. I respect and value our time together and I ask the same of my clients. Email info@trishunger.com or call 226-748-9346 to cancel before 24 hours. You can also re-book your own appointment at least 48 hours in advance by clicking "re-book" in your reminder email. Thank you!
